1. Booking & Reservation

• 50% Downpayment: A non-refundable downpayment of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your date and time slot.
• Confirmation: Your booking is only considered “Confirmed” once the downpayment has been received and acknowledged by MyStudio.
• “No Reservation, No Slot”: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot “hold” dates without a deposit.

2. Payment Terms

• Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance must be settled on the day of the shoot. This can be done upon arrival or immediately after the session before leaving the studio.
• Mode of Payment: We accept [List your methods here, e.g., GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, or Cash].

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Non-Refundable DP: Because we turn away other potential clients to keep your slot open, the downpayment is strictly non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least [48–72] hours before the shoot.
  • Rescheduling within this window allows you to carry over your DP to a new date (subject to availability).
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than [48] hours) may incur a rebooking fee of ₱[Amount] or forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Punctuality (The “Grace Period”)

• Start Time: Your session begins at the scheduled time, not at the time you arrive.
• Late Arrival: If you are late, that time is deducted from your total session time.
• Extension: Extensions are subject to studio availability and will be charged at ₱[Amount] per 30 minutes.

5. Studio Rules & Damages

• Property Care: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio equipment, backdrops, or furniture during the session.
• Backdrop Fees: Heavy soiling or tearing of seamless paper backdrops may result in a “replacement fee” .
• Cleanliness: Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

6. Image Usage

• Copyright: MyStudio reserves the right to use photos for promotional purposes (social media/portfolio) unless the client explicitly requests privacy in writing before the shoot.

7.1. Collection of Personal Information

To process your booking, MyStudio collects necessary details including your full name, contact number, email address, and social media handle. This information is used strictly for scheduling, billing, and sending your final outputs.

7.2. Storage and Security

• Digital Files: Your raw and edited photos are stored on our secure drives for a period of [e.g., 3 months] after your session. After this period, files may be permanently deleted to make room for new clients. We recommend downloading and backing up your copies immediately upon delivery.

• Payment Data: We do not store your bank account or credit card details. All digital payments (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer) are processed through their respective secure platforms.

7.3. Image Usage & Consent

• Portfolio Usage: MyStudio reserves the right to use selected edited images for our professional portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

• Opt-Out (Privacy Request): If you prefer your photos to remain private and not be posted online, please inform us in writing before the start of your session. We respect your choice and will flag your folder as “Private.”

• Third Parties: We will never sell or share your personal contact information or private photos with third-party advertisers or outside galleries without your explicit consent.

7.4. Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask for the deletion of your contact information from our records once the service is completed.
